Meeting your physical and musculoskelatal needs.AttireWe recommend that ou were clothing that will
make access to the area of the body in which you are requiring physical
therapy. Shorts and tank tops usually work well. We do have shorts if needed. PaperworkYou can either print your paperwork from our website ahead of time (go to the main menu, click on "Resources", then click on "Patient Forms" and follow the directions on what to print and fill out. You can also come in at least 15 minutes early to fill the paperwork out at the clinic.
InsuranceWe are an out of network provider. We have chosen not to participate in insurance plans due to the limitations they can place on physical therapy providers. Many insurance companies limit the amount of visits, time and body parts that a physical therapist can treat, making it difficult to treat the body as a whole. Financially, many patients find working with us is better than traditional physical therapy clinics. We typically see a patient one time per week due to the signficant changes we can make manually. A one time visit can be less than 2-3 co-pays at traditional clinics that work in a group setting. Our office will give you a receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for appropriate reimbursement. Late / Cancellation PolicyIf you cannot make
your appointment we request at least 24 hours notice so that we may have
ample time to schedule another patient at that time. This is a policy
for all appointments. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late there is a
chance we will have to reschedule your appointment. We will respect
your time and ask that you do the same for us. It is very rare that you
would have to wait more than 5-10 minutes past your appointment time. Arriving EarlyIf you print out your paperwork from the website please arrive at least 5 minutes early so that we can ensure all paperwork has been filled out properly. If you did not print your paperwork ahead of time, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment time. ParkingThere is free two hour street parking available outside of the clinic.
