Happy Holidays! Every year, our clients ask us what WE are using at home to help stay healthy and balanced. Here what the team at Rebalance is giving this year.
This is great for when you’re trying to do soft tissue work on the back of the neck on yourself. It’s smaller than a Theracane and less bulky, which is great for the smaller area of the neck.
Rolling is a great self-massage technique. Jill Miller’s book, The Roll Model teaches you simple techniques that will erase pain and improve your performance in whatever activities you pursue. Rolling can help release fascia restrictions and trigger points. It’s a great practice to develop to use to complement physical therapy. I recommend the Tune Up Fitness Balls to use with the book.
Essential oils are a simple and easy way to treat yourself to a little relaxation. Young Living has great oils that last and are good quality. They also carry diffusers, which are great for aromatherapy.
For the DIY-ers, you can find roller bottles on Amazon. Fill it with olive oil or fractionated coconut oil and a few drops of your favorite essential oil. It makes a great roll-on perfume without the additives!
